We are in a CoOp with strict rules and some physical quirks, Mark was able to work with them in each instance despite being new to this particular complex. We did have a few communication SNAFUS but were able to get them resolved amicably each time. We learned to be very clear with written and even illustrated requests.Once you pick out the tile, or light switch take a picture of it and include it your email. Mark isn't trying to be your designer but has good thoughts on design and fixtures if you ask his opinion."
